Blupi helps an Instagram professional account answer comments and direct messages automatically. This page explains what information Blupi handles when you interact with an account that uses it.
What we receive
- Your Instagram-scoped ID and username, provided by Instagram when you comment on or message the account.
- The text of comments and messages you send to the account, and the replies sent back.
- Labels (tags) the account owner's automations add, such as “lead”.
How it is used
Only to reply to you on Instagram, show the conversation to the account owner, and run the automations they set up. Some replies may be written by an AI model using the conversation and information the account owner provided. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare infrastructure, accessible only to the account owner. Access tokens are stored securely and never shared.
How long we keep it
Until the account owner deletes it or disconnects their account, or you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can stop at any time by not messaging the account. To have your data deleted, follow the steps on our data deletion page.
