Terms of service

Blupi helps creators and businesses reply to Instagram comments and messages automatically, and post or schedule their videos. By creating an account or using Blupi you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Blupi.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or with an invite. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and allowed to manage every account you connect.

Connecting Instagram

You can connect an Instagram professional account you own or manage. Blupi then reads its comments and messages and replies as your automations say. You must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms, including its messaging rules (for example, replying within the time window Instagram allows).

Connecting YouTube

Blupi's YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Blupi only uploads, schedules and reads videos on channels you connect. You can remove Blupi's access at any time from Blupi's Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

What you may not do

• Send spam, unwanted bulk messages, or messages to people who asked you to stop.
• Pretend to be someone else, mislead people, or collect their information without telling them.
• Post or send anything illegal, hateful, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the limits of Blupi, Instagram or YouTube.

We may pause an automation or an account that breaks these rules or puts other users at risk.

Your content

Your videos, replies and contacts stay yours. You let Blupi store and process them only to run the service for you: sending replies, posting what you scheduled, and showing you your inbox and numbers. Some replies may be written by an AI model from your instructions; you are responsible for what your automations send, so check them before you switch them on.

Service and changes

Blupi is provided as it is. Instagram and YouTube can change or limit their features at any time, which can stop parts of Blupi from working. We work to keep Blupi running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, and we aren't liable for lost sales, followers or posts caused by an outage or a platform change. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Blupi means you accept it.

Ending your account

You can disconnect your accounts and stop using Blupi at any time. To delete what Blupi stores, see the data deletion page. How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
